Paula Jones is a long established physiotherapist and acupuncturist with over 35 years experience treating patients from a range of backgrounds - elite and recreational sports persons, people suffering from workplace stress, the elderly and children with musculoskeletal problems. 

Paula provides intuitive care and treatment for may musculoskeletal disorders including back and neck pain, arthritic complaints, headaches, frozen shoulder and plantar fasciitis.  Paula creates preventative programmes to assist mobility, vigour and health. 

Years of experience working with Olympic teams and based at World Class Wentworth Golf Club over the last 21 years have enabled Paula to successfully help hundreds of people using a combination of soft tissue techniques, electrotherapy, acupuncture and exercise therapy. Now also based at Opus Diagnostics Clinic in Ascot.

Paula has 18 years experience as a Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncturist and is a qualified APPI Pilates instructor (The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) she combines manual techniques, exercise and acupuncture to ease an alleviate pain and disfunction.
