With 25 years varied experience in community, NHS, and private settings I am ideally placed to support those who might find it challenging to get to other clinics or prefer to be seen at home. With experience in acute settings and supporting those who have recently been discharged from hospital, I specialise in assessing the full person and the whole picture. Most of my clients have complex or persistent healthcare needs, and benefit from my ability to think about their health broadly. I am a compassionate, skilled problem-solver and know how to link people to local NHS, social or voluntary services in Brighton. If you or someone you care for would benefit from my integrated, practical, and caring approach please do give me a ring for a one-off home visit or to set up a time-limited or ongoing rehabilitation programme. I can also help with case management; keeping on top of the complexity of living with health conditions.

My previous experience involves working as a fatigue and pain specialist (founder of www.vitality360.co.uk), Home from Hospital Manager for Age UK, NHS community home-visiting physio in Brighton, and being a team leader with the British Red Cross emergency response team. I also have a Diploma in counselling / psychotherapy which enables me to integrate all aspects of emotional wellbeing. I care about people living the fullest life they can and am committed to making an impact.

In my spare time, I love to engage young people in creating outdoor adventures with the Duke of Edinburgh scheme, and enjoy my own hiking trips with friends.  I am a hockey goal-keeper, a volunteer mentor for local teenage girls, and an official collector wild flower seeds to support our precious, local habitat.

As well as being Director of Vitality360 and working with persistent fatigue and pain, I work locally in my own community.
