Full-Time / Part-Time, permanent post with Surrey Hills Rehab Ltd
Surrey Hills Rehab Ltd is an experienced multidisciplinary team specialising in neurological rehabilitation. We particularly support people living with long term neurological conditions through exercise and peer support groups as well as intensive, goal-orientated rehabilitation programmes. This is either on an outpatient basis from our Rehabilitation Studio near Cranleigh, Surrey or we see people in their own homes/community and work with Specialist Rehabilitation Assistants and Fitness Instructors. Our team is well recognised in the local community for the holistic support and expertise we provide for this client group with post-graduate training in PD Warrior, MS Get a Head Start programme, Bridges Self-Management, FaME, OTAGO as well as more traditional methods such as the Bobath Concept, splinting and orthotics
Pay Band 6/7 equivalent Depending on experience
Working Hours up to 37.5 hrs per week Negotiable days and hours but to include one evening per week
Contract Type Part-Time, Full Time/Permanent Contract
Place of Work Within Surrey Hills Rehab Ltd Rehabilitation Studio, Unit 61 Smithbrook Kilns, Cranleigh GU6 8JJ and also within the community and other inpatient facilities and care homes.
