This post provides an exciting opportunity for a progressive and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our existing Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service within West Cumbria.  It provides the opportunity to work within a dynamic team at the western edge of the Lake District and offers ready access to one of the most beautiful areas of the UK.  It also provides the exciting opportunity to work alongside our evolving North Cumbria Musculoskeletal Service with a large team of Advanced MSK Practitioners. With this Service in place, we can now offer excellent career progression opportunities from band 5 to 8A within the MSK specialty.

 The post holder will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of musculoskeletal outpatient settings and to manage patients referred from both primary and secondary care services and via self-referral schemes.

 The successful applicant should demonstrate experience of working within the musculoskeletal field, exceptional organisational and leadership skills and clear evidence of relevant post graduate training. 

 Clinical Supervision and Continuing Professional Development is actively encouraged and the successful applicant will also be expected to actively contribute to and participate in our regular in-service training programme.

 The ability to work at and travel to various sites throughout West Cumbria is essential.

 Standard Check: £26 + Administration cost of £4 = deduction from salary as a one off payment or over 3months at £10 a month

 Enhanced Check: £44 + administration cost of £4 = deduction from salary as one off payment or £15 deduction from 1st months salary, £11 deduction from salary over following 3 months.
