Looking for flexible, part time work?
We offer flexible part time work for Physios undertaking assessments of applicants for Blue Badges or bus passes
We have long term contracts to deliver Blue Badge assessment in London in Harrow, Southwark, Lambeth, Enfield, and outside London in North Devon, Norfolk, Southend and Surrey and we need more Physios to undertake the work.
The work would be about 1 or 2 days a week, and we can pay £175 per day. On each day 10 assessments would be booked for you. You are paid even if an applicant does not attend of course. It is very flexible and can be different days
For each appointment you would do a 5–10-minute meet and greet, then walk with the applicant for about 10 minutes during which time you observe their walking. You would then leave the applicant at their car or with their family and return to your office to write up the report. There is a standard report form.
Your job is to recommend to the Local Authority if the person meets the government criteria. You will be given full training in the criteria and process so you are confident in your decision.
