Pure Sports Medicine are looking to appoint a high calibre clinician to the position of Head of Rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical standards and practice of the Physiotherapists and Osteopaths within the organisation, reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer. The role will involve peer review and mentoring for the rehab team, audit of clinical notes and practice, recruitment and induction for new team members. With the development of the Advanced Practice Framework, the role will also include supporting the team in compiling evidence of their capabilities and supporting our staff completing MSc’s in Advanced Practice (Apprenticeship). You will be a part of the Leadership group, helping to ensure that Pure continues to deliver clinical excellence through effective teamwork.
This is a full-time position divided approximately between 3 days of clinical practice and 2 days of mentoring and governance. It is anticipated that the role will grow to 3 days by the end of 2022.
The clinical role will be based at one of our clinics, location to be discussed and agreed during the interview process.
This role commands a starting salary of £52-55K with an additional variable salary component dependent on caseload. The remuneration package also includes paid holiday, CPD leave and funding and private health insurance.
