Fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to apply for the role of Clinical Manager at our Kensington clinic.
If you are driven to build your managerial responsibility, to effect change and ensure continued success of a business then this is a role for you, we are looking for motivated leaders to ensure the ongoing success of Pure Sports Medicine.
The role is split between clinical and managerial time, you would be expected to maintain a clinical caseload alongside a portion of time dedicated to the management of the clinical team. Kensington is our most established clinic with excellent local referral relationships; open since 2003 with 9 treatment rooms, rehabilitation space, pilates studio and access to a fully equipped gym.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the line management of 18 clinicians at Kensington; overseeing the working pattern of the team, planning service development and ensuring the delivery of patient experience on a daily basis. You will lead by example, consistent with the cultural values of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering gold standard Physiotherapy as they build their own clinical list, maximising recovery for patients through treatment and the integration of other disciplines within the MDT. Proven experience in private practice is essential.
There are extensive opportunities for ongoing clinical development with CPD time and budget allocated every year, alongside a structured program of internal CPD activity. Leadership training is provided in-house alongside the other leaders across our 7 sites in London.
