We are currently looking for an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to lead our clinical team at R4P, Liverpool. If you are hardworking, ambitious and keen to impact change through leadership this is an excellent opportunity.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Physiotherapist to develop management experience alongside a clinical role. This would suit an experienced clinician working in private practice or professional sport. Previous management experience would be an advantage alongside an established network within private practice. A minimum of 7 years clinical experience is required.
R4P is located in Speke, Liverpool, in the historic Matchworks. The clinic comprises clinic rooms and a large fully equipped rehabilitation gym with facilities to rival most elite UK sporting facilities. Some of the equipment employed includes an anti-gravity treadmill and markerless motion capture force plate technology. Our multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists and a Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultant. Your working week would comprise 32 hours of clinical time and 8 management hours. We encourage flexible working.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Lower limb specialist with ability to deliver pitch-based rehabilitation desirable.
- Delivery of clinical excellence independently and throughout the team to a varied client base, from elite athlete to recreational performer.
- Implementing service development and driving strategy.
- Monitoring performance within the facility and reacting appropriately.
