About Fix
Fix is a multi-disciplinary clinic in East London and we're seeking MSK and Women’s Health Physiotherapists and Osteopaths.
This advert is for a new branch of Fix opening treatment rooms on Wick Lane, on the border of Hackney and Bow, within Tower Hamlets. The treatment rooms are set inside a well established gym who have clients desperate for our services.
The Fix philosophy is a little different from other clinics. At Fix, the client is not getting the experience of just one practitioner, they're potentially getting the insight and expertise of all of our practitioners under one roof. You must have the ability to work hand in hand with other disciplines in order to work together to get the client back in action.
Purpose of the job
We want our clients to be back to their best as quickly as possible and understand that sometimes an individual approach may not be as effective as the talents of a multidisciplinary team. We support our ethos with regular group case studies and CPD’s.
Our practitioners are the reason clients trust us and come back time and time again when they need relief from pain, to explore their niggles or recover from physical changes.
You would be an ambassador for Fix. You will have an empathetic nature and the ability to create a rapport with our clients and practitioners in every interaction.
You will be responsible for treating clients to the best of your ability, respecting the treatment rooms as if they were your own and becoming a key player in our inter-referring team.
Key Information
This is a self employed position within a supportive team with great remuneration.
Our typical shifts are: Mon to Fri 8am - 2pm / 2pm - 8pm and Weekends 9am - 5pm
I am looking for practitioners who can commit to a minimum of 2 shifts (min 12 hours) per week.
The remuneration is calculated on a % of the income generated by your bookings. It is a % or Base Rate model.

- Public Liability Insurance
- HCPC registration
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Self motivated and proactive
- Friendly, outgoing, professional, and polite
- Experience in a clinical setting
