Foundations Physio is a specialist physiotherapy service for those living with a neurological condition or the elderly. We provide home visits across Surrey and Hampshire, sessions in our Farnham clinic, hydrotherapy and have access to a wide variety of rehabilitation technology. Our focus is to work with you and your loved ones on goals that are important to you, focussing on helping you to engage in more physical activity and get back to doing the things you love.
