Are you an overseas-trained health worker working in the NHS? Do you feel safe to speak up about concerns in your workplace?
Freedom to Speak Up Guardians (FSUGs) help workers to speak up when they feel that they are unable to in other ways. They are separate from the CSP and NHS trade unions.
The National Guardian in turn supports the 1000+ FSUGs nationwide. The National Guardian recognises overseas trained workers face additional barriers when it comes to speaking up.
Deadline 19 September. All responses will be confidential.
