"We absolutely love therapy links and would recommend them to all families. They are incredible at what they do […] absolutely amazing team.”

Therapy Links UK CIC (TLUK) is a trailblazing multi-disciplinary not-for-profit therapy company committed to making a difference. We offer “pay what you can afford” services to families and provide weekly support to various specialist and mainstream school settings.  Our mission is to support children and young people aged 0-25 irrespective of their family circumstances, and in the last few years we have provided over £50,000 of free or heavily discounted therapy to those in need.  We have a strong supportive team culture with 100% of our staff reporting they view TLUK as an organisation that actively supports staff wellbeing and work-life balance.

We are looking for a creative, dedicated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team in September – we offer lots of support, supervision and CPD for staff, and run a service that is highly valued by families and settings.  The role will involve weekly support in designated schools with an emphasis on specialist secondary/college caseload of students with complex neurodisability working as part of a supportive MDT. Both sites have small specialist caseload with lots of scope for Universal and Targeted support across the settings. There is also the opportunity to engage in creative projects around community fitness for C&YP and access to disability sports. As we are a small company there is lots of scope to get involved in service improvement projects.
