Guernsey Therapy Group Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist to come and join our experienced and dynamic team. The Reablement Team is based within the community and endeavours to support service
users in their own homes to achieve independence and goals set by the MDT. GTG believe
in intensive, patient centred rehabilitation, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes. This
will be facilitated by a skilled and motivated physiotherapist working as part of the Reablement
Team. We offer clinical supervision, peer support and commitment to CPD.The successful candidate will have:
A minimum 5 years post graduate experience including 2 years rehab band 6
Experience in assessment and treatment of complex conditions including neuro/medical and orthopaedics
Knowledge and use of Audit
Experience supervising staff
Be committed to personal and Team Development
Enthusiasm to further develop the service and passion to provide high quality care
