Applications are invited for the permanent position of Senior Physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal Care & Pain Management in St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Summary: To develop, co-ordinate and deliver Musculoskeletal Care and Pain Management Physiotherapy Services. The musculoskeletal care service at SVUH incorporates both inpatient and outpatient care. The SVUH Pain Management Programme is a multi-disciplinary outpatient’s programme.
• Planning, organising, directing and co-ordinating the Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Care and Pain Management services, in accordance with the Mission, vision, values and strategic plan of the organisation.
• Identifying and implementing operational procedures in line with “best practice” standards in order to provide the highest quality of patient care and optimise use of resources
• Assisting the Physiotherapy Management in the leadership and management of the Physiotherapy service, which is patient centred and which measures and audits performance and client satisfaction
A panel may be formed to fill permanent vacancies which may arise over the next 6 months.
