I am a specialist neurological physiotherapist with over 20 years experience working with patients with neurological conditions.  I was the Lead Physiotherapist at Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Bristol for 16 years, rehabilitating patients following traumatic brain injury, stroke and other neurological conditions such as Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS).  I have additional experience with Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.  I am at the Dissertation stage of a Masters in Advanced Professional Practice in Neurological Physiotherapy (Plymouth University) and am a committee member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN) Research Working Group.  I am also a member of the Medico Legal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MLACP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Vestibular Rehabilitation (ACPIVR).

I am an Independent Practitioner (Belmont Neuro Physio - www.belmontneurophysio.co.uk) seeing patients in their homes or care facility in the Bath, Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire areas, as an Associate for Totus Rehabilitation in Bristol (totusrehab.co.uk) and a Medico-Legal Expert Witness with Somek & Associates (Somek.com).
