The One Life Physiotherapy Clinic have a team of experienced and friendly musculoskeletal Chartered Physiotherapists passionate about supporting your back to full fitness and health after an injury.
We treat sports injuries, post-operative recovery, shoulder injuries with Helen Patten our shoulder specialist, osteoarthritis and spinal pain.
Our clinic is based near Fiveways and Preston Park in Brighton, Sussex. We also have a gym and studio for rehabilitation and Physio led Pilates classes.
