PHYSIOTHERAPIST – STROKE REHABILITATION
BAND 6 - PERMANENT
37.5 HOURS PER WEEK
£33,706 - £40,588 p.a. pro rata for part time
An excellent opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic, experienced physiotherapists to join our community stroke team to work 37.5hrs over 5 days on a rota system. We would also consider part-time.
The ability to use your initiative, work proactively, demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, manage and prioritise your own workload and respond flexibly to changing demands are essential requirements of the post.
You will be part of the Countywide Community Interdisciplinary Stroke Service, working with patients/families throughout Worcestershire. The whole team has a strong work ethic but are extremely flexible and supportive in the balance of work and home life.
You will predominantly work from base but there will be a requirement to work from home for which you will be provided the necessary equipment to do so. The Team is based at the Princess of Wales Community Hospital, Bromsgrove and Pershore Community Hospital, Pershore.
The role will provide you with variety and no two days are the same. You will have autonomy to balance and achieve the demands of the role so will need to demonstrate abilities in being responsive and flexible.
