The Medical provides a market-leading career development pathway, taking you from graduate to Physiotherapy Consultant. Your fully funded training programme, over a five-year period, will initially focus on hands-on skills including soft tissue techniques, manipulations, taping and acupuncture (AACP). It will then progress to include Pilates (including reformer training) and the SOMM diploma, including injections.

The team is led by highly skilled, experienced physiotherapists who are there for support and mentorship. It’s a long-standing team who are warm and friendly with a great sense of team spirit.

The clinic is situated in a beautiful Georgian building with high ceilings and period features. It’s fantastically equipped with leading-edge diagnostic technology, including 3D movement analysis, muscle strength testing systems and Foot Scanners. You will also benefit from a large studio, rehab gym and light, spacious treatment rooms. There is free parking onsite.

Remuneration and annual leave increase as you progress through your journey with us. You’ll start at £26k p/a, increasing to £28k after six months, plus an uncapped performance which should exceed £3,600 p/a. Your package increases each year, depending on performance, to £60k OTE in five years. We pay CSP fees and provide private health insurance as standard.

We’re looking for physiotherapists who are unashamedly ambitious, both for themselves and their patients. We’re looking for people who can demonstrate our core values, who invest in their own health and continually seek to improve.

This is a full-time role. You will be expected to work a mixture of shifts including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.

Essential skills and experience

• 0 – 2 years' experience
• BSc (Hons) or MSc Physiotherapy
• HCPC and CSP membership
