Andra Health MSK Outpatient Physiotherapist Post
An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our busy and expanding team here at Andra Health in Heanor. The candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated, committed to patient focused care and focused on developing their career in MSK physiotherapy. A candidate will deliver an outstanding level of care to our patients working alongside a highly skilled out-patient team whilst considering the needs of the business. The majority of a successful applicant’s caseload will be GP referred or self-referred NHS clients with some self-funded or private medical insurance patients.
This is a flexible, permanent position of 32 hours weekly, based at our clinic in Heanor. Salary dependent on experience.
Applicants should demonstrate the following:
- Undergraduate MSK experience
- HCPC and CSP registration
- A motivation to learn and progress in MSK practice
- Ability to work virtually i.e. telephone/video consultations
- Good computer skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise independently
- Ability to maintain judgement under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in clinical audits and utilise outcome tools
- Ability to demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning processes
- Excellent understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct
- Work within the governance framework of the hospital and comply with regulatory standards (CQC)
- An understanding of the Private sector would be an advantage
