An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our established therapy team as a Physiotherapist.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working with young people and/or adults with learning and physical disabilities. You will optimise our service users’ abilities and promote their independence in daily life by utilising best practice and principles of physiotherapy.
You will provide direct clinical care which encompasses physiotherapy assessment, treatment and case management for people with complex physical, sensory and communication needs.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, medical and clinical specialists, educational and residential teams you will ensure physical, psychological and social wellbeing through regularly reviewed treatment plans that are accessible to all staff involved in the care of an individual.
A recognised Physiotherapy qualification, registration with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Registration with Health and Care Professions Council are essential requirements for this role.
The ideal applicant will possess good communication skills, work well within a team and have a high degree of flexibility. We will consider newly qualified physiotherapists and those with experience looking for a new opportunity.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on qualifications and experience
