Vacancy details

Are you a Physiotherapist with strong MSK skills who wants to join the team in our clinic in Kingston upon Thames?

If so you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team and develop your skills further. While we see anyone who refers themselves or is referred to the clinic we also have a strong focus on sport related injury and rehabilitation often following major surgery or accidents.

In this role excellent interpersonal skills are essential as is your ability to treat people with confidence and help them to develop trust in your diagnosis and practice. You should be able to manage your own caseload and work independently while seeking assistance and supervision when necessary. The facilities are good and include five well-appointed treatment rooms, Pilates equipment and a well-equipped gym.

You may have worked in private practice or perhaps professional sport though if you’ve done neither and are looking for a change in direction this may be the job for you. If you have additional skills in acupuncture or Pilates they will be useful. Our clients want you to go the extra mile with them to ensure their rehabilitation is complete and they will have high expectations of you. There will be a thorough induction and excellent on-going support in the role.

The job is for five days each week and terms will be discussed at interview.

Kingston upon Thames is a friendly, lively and affluent town which also benefits from excellent links to central London as well as good access to green spaces and the River Thames. It ranks second among the safest places to live in London.
