CSP staff will soon move in to a new office in central London after the signing of a four-year lease.
The new office is within a short walk from the previous office in Bedford Row and is located near Chancery Lane Underground station.
Huge milestone
The overall size of the new office is over 10,000 square foot smaller than Bedford Row, and marks a ‘huge milestone in a two year project to use CSP members' assets effectively and ensure the CSP works best for its members,' explained Jonathan Scott-Bryan, assistant director corporate services & infrastructure.
The single floor, 5,500 sq ft office comprises four meeting spaces, 48 desk spaces and extensive collaborative working space for CSP staff and members to meet, connect and work in.
The cost of the new office space is within the savings generated from leaving and mothballing the old Bedford Row office space.
CSP chief executive Karen Middleton said:
I am delighted that the new office space in London provides a better working environment for staff to collaborate and communicate and that it is more inclusive for staff and members with a disability given our determination to have one accessible entrance for all.
