CSP Scotland invites all members in Scotland to join a meeting to discuss the issue of rehab spaces being lost across the country.
In recent weeks a number of members in Scotland have approached the CSP to raise concerns over the inability to access to rehab spaces in NHS settings. This is causing a barrier to the restarting of physiotherapy services which were halted at the beginning of the pandemic. The CSP is currently aware of this being a issue in NHS Ayrshire and Arran, NHS Fife, NH Forth Valley, NHS Grampian and NHS Lothian.
The meeting will give members an opportunity to be part of the conversation, and will feature speakers Alex MacKenzie, chair of CSP Council, and a CSP member in England who has been successful in the fight to regain lost rehab spaces within their NHS trust.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday 10 November, 7pm-8pm, via Zoom, contact Lou Dear (dearl@csp.org.uk) for joining details.
This meeting is open to all members in Scotland.
