Learning session for CSP members in Wales: Understanding Microaggressions in the workplace and the actions that we can take to address them.
CSP Welsh Board is hosting this virtual session focusing on Microaggressions in the workplace, in partnership with the CSP Wales Reps Race Equality Group.
Joined by CSP staff, they will provide insight into the different variations of Microaggressions, and will advise on best practice when 'calling out' Microaggressions, and taking action in the workplace.
The event is open to all CSP members in Wales.
During the lunchtime session, insight will be provided into the Equality Diversity and Belonging (EDB) strategy currently being developed by the Welsh Allied Health Professions Committee.
And afterwards, there will be an opportunity to ask the panellists questions.
As well as the discussions, there will be a range of resources and further reading for members wishing to follow-up on what they learn during the session.
The event will take place virtually - and all those who register on Eventbrite will be sent the login details within 24 hours of the event.
