What to expect:

An interactive event designed to empower advocates of equity, diversity and belonging. This gathering aims to foster collaboration among CSP diversity networks and build a supportive community. Participants will have valuable opportunities to strengthen cross-functional teamwork, enhance leadership abilities, transition from advocacy to activism, and exchange resources and support. Diversity network members will unite to advance equity, diversity and belonging, and mobilise for meaningful change to shape the future of physiotherapy.

  • Attendance is free, and the CSP will cover travel expenses. Lunch will be provided, and we'll address accommodation and subsistence needs on a case-by-case basis.
  • The event will be held in a hybrid format, offering both in-person and virtual participation options from the CSP London office.
  • Arrival from 9.30am for a 10am start, 4pm finish.

Agenda (subject to change dependant on diversity network priorities):

  • Welcome and introductions – setting the scene and expectations for the day
  • Plenary session: CSP leadership dialogue – a session with John Cowman, CEO, and Claire Sullivan, director of Employment Relations and Union Services. Key CSP updates and open floor for delegate participation and discussion.
