Did you know: 88% autistic people feel that health professionals do not understand their needs.

This two-hour course is aimed for all healthcare professionals who support autistic patients within their role.

The course will explore the key characteristics of autism and how they may impact an autistic person. The course will explore the range of barriers that autistic people may experience when accessing healthcare and how medical professionals can build an inclusive and accessible approach within their service provision.

Please note: The session will be facilitated on the Zoom platform. Registered delegates will receive a link to access the session approximately 48 hours before the session to enable access. The virtual training will be fully interactive and will include opportunities for discussion and question and answer sessions. 

Training cancellation policy: A booking cancellation can be made at any time up to 5 working days before the workshop at a cost of 50% of the booking. For notice of less than 5 working days, you will be invoiced for the full cost of the booking.
