The purpose of this new CSP briefing is to: 

  1. Provide definitions of AQP and Competitive Tender
  2. Set out the context of AQP implementation in England
  3. Provide a timetable and specifications for the phased implementationof AQP
  4. Signpost members to available resources
  5. Identify the implications of AQP implementation including national implementation packs
  6. Provide guidance on actions needed.
