Developing a portfolio: a guide for CSP members

The CSP portfolio guide is a personal CPD tool that includes:

• practical suggestions
• ideas
• questionnaires
• proformas
• examples

The guide takes you through CPD in a staged process so that you are able to provide evidence of your CPD. You can use the evidence for a range of uses.

The guide is not itself a portfolio, but a tool that contains information and resources which, when completed, can form part of the contents of your own portfolio.

Individual use
The guide is designed for individual use for confidentiality and licensing reasons. It is not intended as a shared departmental resource.

• Adobe Acrobat Reader included
• Installation and navigational instructions included
• Self-calculating questionnaire
• Proforma entries can be saved to disk or hard drive or can be printed
• Hyperlinks to relevant websites
• Glossary of key terms.

Printed version

• high quality spiral-bound workbook with hard covers
• self assessment questionnaire
• blank proformas
• copies of blank and completed proformas can be stored in the divider pockets
• the contents of the printed version and CD rom are identical
