How to apply

You can complete most of the application process online.

There are three simple steps:

1. Fill in our online membership application form
2. Print off the resulting personalised application
3. Sign the application and send it back to us with your payment and any necessary additional documentation

Why do I need to sign the form?

You need to sign your completed application form to indicate that you:

• Agree to abide by the CSP Rules of Professional Conduct and bye-laws
• Are giving full, accurate and up-to-date information in your application
